Demeter is the raw vulnerability and fierce protective instinct of the mother. Her story is one of cyclical grief, rage, and renewal. When her daughter is taken, her mourning freezes the earth; when she is reunited, life blooms again. Demeter represents the fierce vulnerability it takes to put one's deepest emotions into physical form.
